VENUE STYLING PACKAGE

Most wedding venues only allow couples to set-up on the morning of the wedding. A time when you and your family / friends should be enjoying the pre-wedding celebrations and not frantically unpacking boxes. Star Char provides a venue styling service where we will work alongside your venue coordinators, florist and other suppliers to ensure everything is perfectly set up with that extra attention to detail that enables you to relax and enjoy the morning.
 
This venue set-up package includes:
- 10% discount on all of Star Char's hire items and packages with no minimum spend
- Initial call to discuss the day, timings and what jobs will need completing that day
- A face-to-face meeting 6 weeks prior to the wedding to confirm plans and set-up instructions either by video call or in person (depending on the location)
- Delivery of Star Char's hire items to your venue
- Set-up and styling of our items and your items on the day or the day before (subject to access) 
- Collection of Star Char's items the following day
